Dr. Marc is the one who helped me come back on my feet. I’m a CrossFit athlete. I broke my foot (Talus) in a training accident. Dr. Marc had assisted and guided me since I was in the cast . He continued the support and gave me tremendous helpful accessory works to make my foot stronger and more balance. I came back stronger, healthier and could continue my athletic career path without issue. I’m grateful for working with him.

Super happy to finally have found an evidence-based physio that really can help and support me in long term coaching. I also have noted that my balance and reaction ability have improved significantly. All those results are well aligned with my goal to be and stay strong and healthy into my older age. I can’t praise Chris highly enough. I’d struggled for months with hamstring tendinopathy. Initially it made running impossible, which was tough, as I’d been an avid runner for four decades. As the condition worsened, it made even sitting in my office chair, or driving my car, a painful experience. I had multiple sessions over several months with a very good local physical therapist, with little progress. I’ll admit I was skeptical that a video consultation would produce better results. I was wrong. Chris listened carefully; asked thoughtful questions; provided a detailed description of my condition and the likely timeline for recovery; and prescribed a progressive loading regimen—accompanied by helpful videos—that produced immediate and lasting improvement. I resumed running two months ago. So far, so good. If I experience another running-related injury (which at my age is inevitable), I’d enlist Chris’s services again in a heartbeat.

Tony’s toolbox for restoring healthy movement is vast and not long after Tony and I began working together, I experienced a significant pain decrease in my hip, shoulders and upper back. Simultaneously, my comfort and ease of movement increased, both in my athletic endeavors and in day-to-day life. I’m now back to doing all the physical activities I love, thanks to Tony.
